Satisfaction Guarantee
For any bean bag purchased on line, (except leather - these sales are final) if you are not completely satisfied with it (allowing for slight colour variations as unavoidable), we will refund the actual value of the goods if they are returned and received in good condition by us within 30 days, with proof of purchase details.

Any freight and handling charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our construction and materials against faulty workmanship for 3 months. We will repair or replace at our discretion. Please note, misuse or accidental damage is not covered. The goods must be returned to our factory at the purchasers expense.
